Sourced from sustainable marine algae (Schizochytrium sp.), this supplement offers a vegan and vegetarian form of omega 3 oil. This fish-free omega oil is the ideal addition to any vegan diet.

The richest and most well-known form of omega 3 is from oily fish, making it difficult for vegans and vegetarians to consume adequate levels of this important fatty acid. Vegan EPA & DHA provides the omega 3 fatty acids Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) & Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from sustainably grown marine algae. Our Vegan EPA & DHA is formulated with South American grown chia seed oil to supply the full spectrum of omega 3, 6 and 9, along with natural orange oil for a great-tasting dietary supplement. Directions & Storage

Using the dropper, adults take 0.5ml, 2-4 times daily, children aged 1-12 years, half adult intake. Avoid mouth contact with pipette. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks. This is a food supplement, not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet and lifestyle.
