Easy Buckwheat Pancakes

 

A vegan, sugar free alternative perfect for Shrove Tuesday - Buckwheat Pancakes recipe from our 7 Day Sugar Detox Plan. 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

METHOD

1. Place the flour in a large bowl. Open and mix the contents of two capsules of Viridian Organic Maca. Add the almond milk, a pinch of salt, almond butter, maca and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, and the hot water. Mix thoroughly.

 

2. Heat 3 tablespoons of coconut oil in a large frying pan or on a griddle over a medium heat. Pour a ladle full of batter onto the an and cook both sides until golden brown.

 

3, Enjoy with your favourite filling! We chose raspberries and blueberries.
