Chromium GTF refers to Glucose Tolerance Factor, which is the biologically active form of chromium originally identified in brewer’s yeast. Chromium picolinate is a bio-available form of chromium, meaning it is well absorbed and has been shown to contribute to normal macronutrient metabolism. In this complex, the chromium has been combined with zinc and alpha lipoic acid to create a dietary supplement for nutritional wellbeing.
