I felt and saw (consistantly) how these vegan multi-vitamins significantly improved my physical and mental health.

Before I started taking these vitamins (since around two/three years ago), I've not had one cold or flu virus, whereas I used to experience them almosy every month beforehand.

The capsules make it easy to swallow the vitamins. I would recommeend storing them in the fridge once you open them, especially if your home is fairly warm and if you get the 90 day capsules, as some became discoloured and I wasn't sure if I could take them so was a wasted few days. I've not had that issue with the 30 day capsules.

Aside from that they're great and I love that they come in a glass jar with a mental lid, and the rest of the packaging is paper and recycleable (minus the sticker that keeps the wrapping paper around the vitamin jar).
