Vitamin E is found naturally in a variety of foods, including nuts, nut oils, olive oil, leafy green vegetables and avocados. It is a fat-soluble vitamin, meaning that your body stores it and uses it when it needs to. This supplement has been formulated using d-alpha tocopherol, which is a naturally sourced form of vitamin E extracted from soya bean oil. Natural vitamin E is better absorbed and utilised than synthetic forms as it is recognised by the body.
