Viridian’s 100% Organic Californian Poppy tincture is made with fresh Eschscholzia californica flowering plant. Californian poppy is thought to help you cope calmly with the stress of a busy lifestyle and contribute to optimal relaxation.

All of Viridian’s tinctures are grown, produced and bottled on an organic farm in England. The plants are all grown from hand-sown seeds in spring, and then hand-picked at the end of summer as part of a slow and delicate process that preserves the integrity of each plant.

This botanical food supplement is best taken by mixing into cold drinks or adding to warm water.

As a food supplement, take 15 – 30 drops, 2-3 times daily in a little fruit juice or water. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake before use.
