Wholefood Liquid Iron contains a unique source of iron extracted from Murraya koenigii leaves (commonly known as sweet neem leaf, or curry leaf), together with vitamin C derived from acerola cherries.

Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal cognitive function. Foods
typically high in iron include red meat, turkey, liver, shellfish, pumpkin seeds, lemon peel and spinach. However, according to the World Health Organization, iron is the nutrient that both women and men are most likely to be deficient in. Low iron levels could lead to feelings of fatigue, dizziness and weakness - symptoms which are often compounded by blood loss from heavy periods or from following a vegan or vegetarian diet.

Directions & Storage

As a food supplement for adults, take 2-4 teaspoons daily. For children aged 3-5 years, take 1 teaspoon daily, and children aged 6-12 take up to 2 teaspoons daily. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake before pouring. Store in a cool dry pIace, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open keep refrigerated and use within 3 months. This product contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children.
