A specific multivitamin and mineral formulation featuring a blend of 22 nutrients including supportive vitamins to promote brain health and function, together with bioavailable minerals and selected phytonutrients.

Brain Support Multivitamin contains a high dose of choline and brahmi extract at the therapeutic dose. An adaptogenic herb, brahmi is commonly grown in the wet and tropical regions of Asia and helps to maintain good cognitive performance. Used in Ayurveda practice for hundreds of years, brahmi is able to provide great support for the challenges of modern lifestyles.

This powerful blend of nutrients includes zinc, iron and iodine which all contribute to normal cognitive function. Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance. Vitamins B1, B6, B12, folic acid and vitamin C all contribute to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Furthermore, vitamins B2, C, E and zinc all contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. This ‘oxidative stress’ appears to be a major factor in many human diseases.
