The body makes small amounts of Alpha-Lipoic Acid on its own but levels can be increased through diet or supplementation. Foods that contain Alpha-Lipoic Acid include red meat, broccoli, tomatoes and spinach.

The addition of vitamin C to this formula contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and supports normal psychological functions and performance of the immune system.
