Derived from a type of wild seaweed known as sea lettuce (Ulva lactuca), the leaf-like structures are naturally enormously abundant in vitamins and minerals. They grow on rocky shores and seabeds before being harvested and carefully dried to preserve their rich levels of magnesium.

It is the first certified organic magnesium on the UK market, having been produced without the use of pesticides, fertilisers, or preservatives. Each capsule provides 150mg of pure magnesium.
