Owner Kate took over this health store back in 2011 after the previous owner suggested she take on this venture. Kate had only been working in the shop for a short while and had no prior retail experience but could see the store's potential.
Fast forward to 2021 and Inside Out Health was voted Natural Lifestyle Retailer of the Year. 🎉
Being a Nutritional Therapist herself, Kate shares: "We are mainly a team of Nutritional Therapists and this is what we offer - qualified advice."
