Viridian honored to receive King’s Award

Ethical vitamin company Viridian Nutrition has been presented with the prestigious King’s Award accolade for business excellence.

Staff at the Daventry-based company received a specially designed glass trophy and Royal Warrant Certificate from the HM Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire, Mr James Saunders Watson at the company’s offices.

Viridian was presented the accolade for excellence in International Trade for continuous growth. Awarded in 2023, Viridian was among the first to receive the award by King Charles. This year, Viridian is marking its 25th year in business.

Mr Saunders Watson visited the family-owned company and was given a tour of the premises and spoke with staff.

Managing Director Holly Thallon Steenson said: “It’s a great honor to receive the prestigious King’s Award for International Trade and to celebrate this achievement with everybody who has supported Viridian. We are also thrilled to welcome the Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire to Viridian.

The King’s Award for Excellence celebrates the success of outstanding achievements of businesses across the country.
