Organic Lemon Balm Tincture

Viridian’s 100% Organic lemon balm tincture is made with the fresh lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) . This high potency formula provides the equivalent of 480mg of fresh herb per 1mg.

Lemon balm has been shown to support relaxation and help with physical and mental wellbeing, proving itself particularly useful for those with a busy lifestyle.

All of Viridian’s tinctures are grown, produced and bottled on an organic farm in England. The plants are all grown from hand-sown seeds in spring, and then hand-picked at the end of summer as part of a slow and delicate process that preserves the integrity of each plant.

This botanical food supplement is best taken by mixing into cold drinks or adding to warm water.

As a food supplement:

FOR ADULTS

• Take 15 – 30 drops, 2-3 times daily in a little fruit juice or water.

FOR CHILDREN

• 2-5 years, take 5 drops daily
• 6-10 years, take 5 -10 drops daily
• 11-15 years, take 10 - 15 drops daily
• Not suitable for children under 2 years

Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
