Ionic Magnesium Liquid is sourced from an environmentally pristine area of the Northern shore of the Great Salt Lake in Utah. Directions & Storage

As a food supplement, using the dropper, add 1ml, once or twice daily to 500ml of water or other cold beverage. Can also be added to food. For children 8-14 years and those who are pregnant or breastfeeding take 0.5ml daily. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
