By completing and submitting your initial questionnaire and photos you give us consent to use your data for our trial.
Information you share with us will be stored according to GDPR. We will never share your health or personal details. In accordance with GDPR we are required to store your data for 7 years, after which time it will be deleted from our systems. Your results will be collated with other participant results, and used to evaluate the effectiveness of trial products. We will publish the results in various marketing materials, both in print and in digital format. We may use your testimonials and photos as part of our Marketing campaign after the trial but will not use identifying details. For example you would be referred to as Emma from Northampton. To comply with GDPR, we need to ensure there are no identifiable features in your photos. This includes your facial features, piercings, tattoos, birthmarks and moles. If these are unavoidable, Viridian reserves the right to use an editing tool to ensure compliance with GDPR. We will not share your details with any third party. Those that provide regular feedback and fully complete the trial and final survey, will receive a voucher from Viridian. The voucher will be sent to the email address you give us at the beginning of the trial. There is no alternative to the voucher.
