Infinity Foods was opened by two friends and pioneers for healthy lifestyle alternatives Ian and Peter back in the 70's - starting as a macrobiotic café following an organic, locally grown and season produce selection. Infinity Foods is now a co-operative which has grown to over 100 members, members being their workers. 😀
George, a co-operative member, shared: "Being a member of a co-operative is by far the best part of the job for me. It's great to work all together for the business and collaborate and cooperate each day to achieve our mission."
